One night credit card deposit required to reserve dates.

Cancellations within 14 days of arrival date will not receive refund of deposit and remaining balance will be charged to credit card on file unless the facility is re-rented for the same period. Only then will the lesser receive a refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee

If Lessee cancels or changes the reservation prior to 14 days of the arrival date lessee will reserve a refund of the deposit minus $25.00 cancellation fee.

Operation of recreational vehicles prohibited.

Cutting of standing trees prohibited.

Fallen timber may be gathered and used as fuel for fire ring.

Property damage and/or missing contents will be billed to guests.

On-line reservations on your credit card transaction will take place within 24 hours of receipt.
